for their planned attack. the fbi is expected to investigate all of this, but the agents have not yet arrived in benghazi because it has not been deemed safe enough yet. so we are told. we now have some more information on the man behind the movie, if you want to call it a movie, the anti-islam slam that's been posted on youtube, at least a trailer of it, and now we have a photo behind that man. wrapped up as he was led out of his house for questioning and the photo was taken when he was shooting the movie and miguel has been following the story in los angeles. what more do we know about nakoula basseley nakoula other than a lot of names? >> we know a lot about his past. we're learning more importantly how he sam bacile, the name he gave as producer and write egg of the film and learning how he made the film. >> do you like hollywood. >> i do. >> lilly had been in hollywood a week when she answered an ad on craigslist for an action adventure film called desert warrior. >> just moved out here. >> she met this man, sam bacile seen here for the first time on u.s. television. she says he was in c

,000 from a developer, and failed to disclose it as a gift and only when the fbi started asking about it did it get reported as a quote, unquote, loan. he said i needed stuff -- i needed stuff for my house. he had just gotten a sweetheart deal from a real estate -- >> john: you know this goes back to what i think of nixon getting money to buy his house on seaside, so he got the house somehow, and then more money has been funneled to congressman meeks? >> yes, the house he thought he made $833,000 for it. >> john: is this where we bought the house from a loan from an indicted new york businessman. >> no that was from a developer, butten in he got a loan from another developer. and loans can, of course be gifts under house ethics rules. but in any event. it really did look like a gift. a loan can be a gift if you are getting the loan because you are a member of congress -- >> so they are just like us then? >> yeah, we have seen a lot of people get in trouble over the loan problem. >> john: so rivera meeks, and vern buchanan. >> we have been focusing on him since 2006.

to libya and three others? >> yeah. it's difficult to say because the fbi is over there. but it's hard to carry out an investigation on the ground right now. that is such a -- libya itself is confusing. that benghazi area is one of the most confusing of all. it's an al qaeda stronghold out there. there's also al sharia which is basically a conglomeration of jihadist paramilitaries. i can't tell you with any real certainty how accurate these investigations are. a lot of people have been picked up by the libyan authorities. how guilty they really are, i don't know. we're still in the fog of war. we're in an area where we don't have that many assets on the ground. we have a libyan government which i think actually to give them credit, i think the libyan government itself is trying to work with us. unlike president morsi in egypt, libyans are trying. but it's a very new government. it's ineffective government. out in benghazi there's virtually no security. we're talking about a consulate which had, again, virtually no security. there were no military back-ups for our ambassador out there.

buyers after the 2008 election. the fbi says background checks for gun sales are up 56% from what they were in august of 2008. many other companies in the guns and ammo business also expect a sales surge based on buyers fears if reelected president obama will back policies making gun sales much stricter and more complicated. while president obama has not made any big changes we should point out current gun law buyers perceive a chance for greater regulations. tracy: that is the thing now. everyone thought he was going to do it all along. he never did. ashley: he did not. that is a huge issue and it really does spark a lot of heated debate anytime you talk about changing regulations for gun ownership, weapons. tracy: yeah. all right, well, coming up after the break, looking to herbs and vitamin sales overseas for healthy profits at home i guess. stocks at session lows. keep it here on fox business. the dow is down 41 points. want to try to crack it? yeah, that's the way to do it! now we need a little bit more... a little bit more vanilla? this is great!
